This pictorial account is about my residency and personal travels in England, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scotland & Ireland. Overall, I have travelled to about eighty two countries, territories and colonies around the world. I have lived and practiced in about fifteen countries as a pharmacist, clinical pharmacologist, lecturer and volunteer kindergarten English teacher. I am still traveling to learn more about places, peoples and different cultures.

The purpose of this pictorial journal is to share my travel experiences with the general public in the hope that it will inspire others with similar aspiration to work towards this objective. I caution that traveling is tiring and expensive but, rewarding in terms of broadening perspectives and knowledge base.

This book is basic introduction to the British Isles encompassing the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland. My residency and travels cover the entire British Isles. The British Isles are a group of rainy islands in Northwestern Europe off the coast of the mainland. The regions are varied and widely different. They are characterized by distinct topographies, traditions, weather, accents, history, culture, degrees of enlightenment and; peculiar medieval villages. Iconic landscapes & landmarks are found throughout the British Isles.
